If Sung Kook (Bill) Hwang Of Archegos Capital Management Was Charged For Fraud & Manipulating Stock Prices Using Total Return Swaps, Then JPMorgan’s Jamie Dimon Should Be Charged As Well, For Fraud For Failing To Comply With Their Reporting Obligations As Swap Dealers

According to the CFTC Release Number 8553-22 , J.P. Morgan was fined a measly $850,000 for Swap Reporting Failures. J.P. Morgan reported $3-5 trillion less worth of swaps. If Bill Hwang of Archegos Capital Management was charged for fraud, then Jamie Dimon should be charged as well.
