Seriously, keep selling some staples in the grocery/convenience sector while running your pizzeria. Establish yourself and keep up a reasonable cost quick pickup and you’ll get hungry drivers off 81 or wherever and maybe convert some locals who don’t want to eat Gumby’s or some other dogshit local pizza.
A backwoods bodega pizza shop will draw. Feed them and prosper.
